SITE HR INTERNSHIP

Responsibilities :

• Assist with Recruitment & Employee Relations efforts in the plant
• Assist with Health & Safety efforts in the plant
• Assist with Training and Development efforts in the plant
• Assist with Payroll & Benefits efforts in the plant
• Job Shadowing shift managers to learn the process
• Development and delivery of HR-related project
• Participate in Continuous Improvement tools (POSITIVE, POMs, Focused Improvement Roadmap, etc)

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Immediate availability.
• Ability to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week (to accommodate class schedule).
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Resilience.
