Adeline is a women's fashion boutique dedicated to helping women feel confident through thoughtfully curated clothing and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a creative, fashion-loving Social Media Intern who enjoys creating engaging content and keeping up with the latest trends.
Position Overview
The Social Media Intern plays a key role in maintaining Adeline's online presence through content creation, product photography, and website management. This position is ideal for someone who loves fashion, has a creative eye, enjoys photography and social media, and is excited to help bring new arrivals to life both in-store and online.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit Instagram Reels and TikTok videos
- Photograph new arrivals, styled outfits, and in-store displays
- Plan and execute product photoshoots for new inventory
- Edit product images as needed to ensure a clean, consistent look
- Upload new products to Shopify, including product photos, descriptions, pricing, sizing, and product details
- Keep the Adeline website up to date with new arrivals and inventory
- Write engaging and accurate product descriptions
- Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas
- Stay on top of current social media trends, sounds, and viral content
- Style outfits and create "how to wear" content
- Film try-on videos, flat lays, and lifestyle content
- Assist with planning and scheduling social media content
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage of new arrivals, merchandising, events, and daily store life
- Help maintain a consistent, elevated brand aesthetic across all social platforms
- Assist with marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and special events
- Work closely with the owner and management team to execute marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion, social media, photography, and marketing
- Comfortable using an iPhone or camera to capture high-quality content
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends
- Experience with Shopify, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, or similar editing platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent written communication skills for product descriptions and website content
- Creative eye for styling, photography, and visual merchandising
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
