Product Engineer (Mid to Senior-Level)
Location
Tulsa, OK (On-site or Remote, Hybrid schedule available)
Role Summary
Design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions supporting organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage AI-enabled technologies, and adopt modern development practices. Focus on responsible AI integration and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, testing, and debugging of complex software solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and technical specifications.
- Document software architectures and processes for maintenance and improvement.
- Partner with business teams to implement AI capabilities responsibly.
- Incorporate generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development.
- Build or integrate AI-based features into production systems.
- Stay current with AI technology advances and apply new methodologies.
- Maintain, enhance, and support existing applications.
- Demonstrate adaptability and a growth mindset through professional development.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma/GED + 12 years IT experience, OR Associate's degree + 8 years IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree (IT-related) + 5 years IT experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Expert-level programming skills in relevant languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and modern methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable software systems.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in database querying and design.
- Preferred: Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), AI technologies (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub, Figma), Azure DevOps.
- Experience leading AI-enabled projects with responsible innovation.
Work Schedule
- Hybrid work schedule (combining in-office and remote work).
- Fully remote performance from an approved location.
Pay Range
$57.00 - $60.00 hourly
