What You Will Do Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run January-August (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity). Work within a team of Software and Systems engineers to design, develop, and test software features for flight management systems that are integrated into military helicopters and planes Integrate soft skills (leadership, communication, coordination, proactiveness) into a dynamic environment that provides quality and timely products to internal and external customers. What You Will Learn Grow knowledge of Software Engineering and Flight Management Systems

Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date.

Experience with C, C++, ADA, and/or Python.

Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects. Must have a minimum of 30 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.

Experience (i.e. Private Pilot, Aircraft Maintenance, DO-178 Certification) Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
