Job Description
The position is in Macom’s Santa Clara CA facility. The intern will be responsible for designing and characterizing Microwave Integrated Circuits, using GaAs pHEMT technologies.
General knowledge of semiconductors, microwaves, circuit theory, simulation tools and basic lab measurement techniques.
