We are seeking a motivated and innovative Finance Systems & AI Intern to join our Finance IT organization. This role offers an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives supporting Oracle Fusion Finance, enterprise data platforms, analytics, and emerging Artificial Intelligence solutions.

The intern will partner with Finance, IT, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to improve business processes, enhance reporting capabilities, automate manual activities, and explore the use of AI technologies to drive operational efficiency and business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Applications & Finance Systems
• Support Oracle Fusion Finance initiatives across Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Projects, Lease Accounting, Procurement, and Reporting.
• Assist with data analysis, testing, documentation, and process improvement activities.
• Help create functional and technical documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Participate in application enhancement, stabilization, and transformation projects.

Data & Analytics

• Analyze business requirements and assist with reporting and dashboard development.
• Support data extraction, validation, and reporting activities using enterprise platforms.
• Work with Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, and Oracle Fusion reporting tools.
• Assist with data quality assessments and business process analytics.

AI & Automation (Preferred Focus Area)

• Research and prototype AI-driven solutions to streamline Finance and IT processes.
• Support development and testing of AI use cases using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Oracle AI, or other approved enterprise AI platforms.
• Assist with building proof-of-concepts involving:  Generative AI ,  AI Agents o Knowledge Management ,  Predictive Analytics o Intelligent Document Processing , Workflow Automation
• Evaluate opportunities to improve user productivity using AI-powered solutions.

Project & Process Improvement

• Participate in project meetings and document action items.
• Support project planning, status tracking, and stakeholder communication activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Qualifications – External

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Computer Science o Information Systems, Data Analytics , Artificial Intelligence ,Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, Related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Coursework or projects involving: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Prompt Engineering , AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, or cloud technologies.  Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, or Workday.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI, Oracle AI, or related platforms.
• Demonstrated interest in process automation and digital transformation.
