We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to support our Logistics and Warehouse Operations team. This role provides hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes, inventory control, transportation planning, and supply chain operations. The intern will work closely with logistics professionals to analyze data, improve operational efficiency, and support day-to-day warehouse and distribution activities.
- Assist with daily logistics and warehouse operations activities.
- Support inventory management and cycle count activities using Oracle EBS and WMS.
- Review, track, and update shipment information, receipts, and inventory transactions.
- Monitor order fulfillment activities to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Generate and analyze logistics performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- \Assist with troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and transaction errors.
- Support process improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
- Participate in root cause analysis for shipping, receiving, and inventory issues.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to logistics and warehouse operations.
- Support special projects related to transportation, warehousing, and supply chain optimization.
Qualifications – External
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior coursework or exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Basic understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Interest in warehouse operations, inventory management, and continuous improvement.
During the internship, the candidate will gain experience in:

onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $21.75 -$25.50 per hour exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
