About the role
Spend a Season in the Game.
The Lexington County Blowfish offer internships year-round ... Summer, Fall, and Spring. Whether you want the full game-night experience or a deep dive into the front office, this isn't a sit-at-a-desk internship. You'll build skills, work real events, and leave with experience you can't get in a classroom.
Summer Internship
- Game-day setup, facility management, and behind-the-scenes operations at The Lex.
Fall Internship
- Ticket and sponsorship sales, event operations (setup and teardown), ballpark upkeep, merchandise ideation and sales, and inventory management. Interns can touch all areas of the organization, and other opportunities may arise throughout the fall.
Spring Internship
- Ticket and sponsorship sales, event operations (setup and teardown), ballpark upkeep, merchandise ideation and sales, and inventory management ... plus assisting with the Blowfish Reading Program and community relations. Interns can touch all areas of the organization, and other opportunities may arise as Opening Day approaches.
