Student Assistant, NCSA, Green Fee Secretary/Historian
This position is extremely important to the maintenance and imparting of knowledge.
Examples of Duties
- Keep track of member attendance, meeting minutes, proposals that are submitted for Green Fee funding and the current status of greenery on campus while keeping records of changes future councils
- Maintain a comprehensive Archive of the CGA, (this archive will include member makeups overtime, projects, allocations, events, etc
- Keep the continuity of the CGA and the understanding of its history
- Maintain a complete understanding of the guidelines of the Green Fee allocation process and are responsible for transferring all approved allocations and accurate meeting minutes to the channels necessary for allocation implementation
- Oversee a CGA Legacy Committee, formed at the beginning of the current semester, that is responsible for curating and highlighting a comprehensive history of the CGA's current year through events, photos, videos, and/or oral histories
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be an enrolled student, must be in good academic standing (maintain minimum cumulative institutional 2.5 GPA for undergraduate students and 3.0 GPA for graduate students)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in student government of similar leadership roles is highly preferred.
- Familiar with the Student Government Constitution and Statutes.
