Student Co-op - Human Resources

We are seeking highly-motivated candidates for our Human Resources (HR) Co-op position located in our Florence, KY location. Throughout this internship, you will be exposed to a variety of HR functions and projects. This is an ideal experience for someone who is interested in beginning a career in HR, as well gaining exposure to a corporate headquarters environment. The Human Resources Intern will work directly with the HR team on one or more of the following: Employee Engagement activities; job descriptions and competency matrices; special projects; and, general Human Resources administrative functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily Administrative duties
• Help in the planning of Employee Engagement activities
• General HR administrative duties as needed
• Special projects as assigned
• Project management for Mubea Leadership Fundamental's

Qualifications

• BA/BS students or MBA students preferred
• Human Resources or similar major preferred
• High level of confidentiality and detail orientated
• Personable, approachable and professional attitude
• Strong and professional communication skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Proficiency in using systems; exposure to excel and applicant tracking systems
• General experience in business and technical projects
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and agile learner
