Job Title - Student Intern, Transportation Construction Services Location - Salt Lake City, UT Job Type - Onsite Requisition ID - 11371 Stanley Consultants is seeking a Student Intern for our Transportation Construction Services Department out of our Salt Lake City, UT office. This individual will work with senior engineers and inspectors on a comprehensive range of construction management projects.

Experience

will be gained on wide range of projects from local agency projects to major interstate projects. What You Will Be Doing: Assist with oversight of various infrastructure projects in the construction phase. Learn quality metrics, testing requirements, and construction inspection duties.

Make field work calculations and daily reports in a format that can easily be checked by others. Coordinate work activities with other staff members assigned to a project. Required Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science program with the ability to obtain Engineering-In-Training status; Construction Management emphasis is preferred Must be at least a college sophomore Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Driving record in good standing Able to work in a team environment Displays eagerness to learn new tasks and ask questions as needed Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated organization and time management abilities Extended hours may be required, anticipated 40+ hours/week, but not guaranteed Learn more about Stanley Consultants in this short video: Working at Stanley Consultants Stanley Consultants does not welcome unsolicited resumes from staffing and recruiting agencies.
