Dairy

Dairy farm opportunities including animal environment, animal health, calf feeders, maternity, maintenance and operations.

Beef

Feedlot health begins with daily monitoring of all cattle by walking or pen-riding by horseback. Other areas of responsibility include cattle management and feedlot maintenance.

Construction

Designing and building new farms and the upkeep of current farms are part of our construction team’s responsibilities. Areas include carpentry, concrete, equipment operation, project design and management, and welding/equipment installation.

trucking

Our trucking team is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient movement of our cattle and feed ingredients. Cattle haulers are team drivers running between the Midwest and Southwest, while feed haulers operate in the Upper Midwest. Opportunities are based out of Morris, Minnesota.

CENTRAL SERVICES

Several areas make up our Central Services teams including Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology. These roles are based out of our main office near Morris, Minnesota.

Crop production

Our crop production team is responsible for growing a high-quality feed source for our cattle and cultivating relationships with our farmer partners. Areas include irrigation technology, forage and manure management, and equipment operation.
