Duties Assist in preparation of food for quality meals by following standardized recipes ensuring that both quality and quantity are maintained. Wrap, label, date, and store properly. Provide production estimates and write production records using serving line worksheets.
Monitor serving lines to ensure proper portion control and food presentation is maintained. Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments. Clean and sanitize equipment and work area as necessary.
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance. Secondary

Education Required: High School Diploma
Experience Required: Messiah Dining services experience or previous food service experience Skills, Characteristics Required: Clean appearance and work habits Able to follow verbal and written instructions and perform basic math Knowledge of standard weights and measures Quality cooking skills and basic knowledge and understanding of recipes Ability to maintain a clean and organized work space Knowledge of use and care of food service equipment Ability to efficiently work in fast-paced environment Driving Requirements: N/A
