STW: Mechanical Engineering Intern

Job Description Job summary Assist in the preparation of Asset Management Plan and Inventory Assist in the development of HVAC Infrastructure System Planning. Assist in the revision of the design and construction guidelines. Assist in managing commissioning efforts for the existing buildings on campus.

Assist in the inspection, record keeping of facilities and systems data across campus. Daily

Responsibilities Conduct building level inspections for future renovations and/or capital improvements Prepare retro-commissioning scripts for testing existing systems. Update the Asset Management Plan inventory. Revise the design and construction standard as new requirements emerge.

Help to support campus-wide partners in smaller projects walkthroughs. Update drawings as needed using Revit. Assist in the validation of existing buildings design using Trace 3D.

Other functions as needed.
