Requirements / Qualifications

Please attach the following documents if you have them. If you don't have the following documents, we will assist you in obtaining them:
- A valid and current qualifying document issued by the CA Commission on Teacher Credentialing (www.ctc.ca.gov) such as:
- Emergency 30 Day Substitute Permit
- Prospective Teaching Permit
- Orange County Department of Education Clearinghouse (fingerprint clearance)
