What to Expect During Your Internship

Throughout our 11-week program, you will:

• Work on real, high-impact business projects that drive growth, culture, and strategy across our core business units.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in marketing, revenue, finance, and human resources.
• Attend executive speaker series and interactive business workshops.
• Engage in networking events and structured mentorship opportunities.
• Give back through volunteer opportunities with our community partners.
• Gain exposure to our inclusive culture, where innovation and individuality are celebrated.

Business Internship Tracks

• Finance: Optimize financial systems, modeling, and forecasting workflows that power our business, driving efficiency, transparency, and fiscal performance.
• Marketing: Craft bold, consumer-centric campaigns that bring our brand to life and educate audiences about our innovative solutions.
• People (HR): Shape our corporate culture and support our employees by working across areas like talent acquisition, employee engagement, and internal communications.
• Revenue & Sales: Support partner success and drive top-line growth through market insights, customer engagement, and business development initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available to intern full-time for 11 consecutive weeks during Summer 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Demonstrates initiative, organization, business acumen, and an ability to juggle multiple priorities. Familiarity with AI is key.
