Opportunities Available​As a Market Development Intern at Stryker, you will: ## Conduct market and competitive research related to medical device service offerings. ## Analyze customer, installed-base, and service data to identify growth opportunities. ## Support development of market assessments, business cases, and go-to-market recommendations. ## Research customer needs, industry trends, and emerging service models. ## Assist with projects focused on service contracts, preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and other lifecycle solutions. ## Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service Operations, and Product teams on market development initiatives. ## Prepare presentations, reports, and insights for business stakeholders. What You Need​​ ## Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship. ## Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire). ## Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future. ## Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. ## Interest in healthcare, medical devices, and/or service-based business models. ## Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis is a plus. ## Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships. ## Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. ## Curious, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment. $20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location
