Opportunities Available​ As a Supply Chain intern at Stryker, you will support work across several key operational areas, including: · Supply Chain Operations: Gain exposure to the processes that support efficient material movement across production scheduling, receiving inspection, distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory control. · Material Planning: Help build visibility between Supply Planning and Global Procurement by understanding incoming materials, site needs, and proactive material readiness. · End-to-End Material Flow Visibility: Analyze and track the flow of materials from Supply Planning and Procurement through receipt at the facility, scheduling, kitting, and shipping. · Process Improvement: Identify gaps, analyze root causes, and recommend process improvements that strengthen visibility, accountability, and operational execution across the full material flow. Majors Targeted: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related majors What You Need​​ · Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.​ · Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred) · Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.​ · Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships · Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment. $20 minimum hourly wage to $35 maximum hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location.
