About the job
What It’s Like
The Business Communications Team supports commercial messaging and branded calling products that touch every T-Mobile subscriber, with yearly traffic volumes in the 100B+ range. We’re a close-knit group of Product Managers, Product Operations, and Compliance partners. We’re small enough that you’ll be seen and heard, and big enough that your work matters. A typical week mixes stakeholder conversations, data digging, documenting decisions, and pushing initiatives forward. We value collaboration, curiosity, and people who challenge decisions and speak up.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support both Product Operations and Product Management initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in product strategy, execution, and operational excellence. You’ll help improve processes, track key performance metrics, gather business requirements, and analyze data to find opportunities to improve products and the customer experience. Your work will help us move faster and make smarter, data-driven decisions on high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements alongside Product Managers
- Conduct competitive research and analyze customer feedback to surface product opportunities
- Support product roadmap planning and prioritization
- Own a defined process improvement or product enhancement initiative, from identifying the opportunity through delivery

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into actionable recommendations
- Present findings and insights to business stakeholders
What It Takes

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools (preferred)
