Job Description: Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) Fidelity’s full-time, paid, 10-week FIDTERN Program offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team. Role Experience different HR areas and gain a broad, cross-functional understanding of the HR function and a foundation of business insight. For HR, we look for strong multi-taskers with a strong EQ and communication skills and are analytical problem solvers. During the HR Internship you will be gaining: Exposure to the different realms of HR: Talent Management, Talent acquisition, People Analytics, Benefits, Line HR, Associate Experience, T&D Learning, Compensation, Employee Relations, etc. through formal learning sessions.

Frequent opportunities to participate in meetings with best-in-class Fidelity associates and occasionally even outside vendor partners. Build up their business acumen in their dedicated assignment area and learn corporate communication styles and how to navigate the workplace effectively. Professionally network with multiple associates, across multiple levels, within Fidelity HR.

Interns will be asked to creatively assess their assignment areas over the internship and present to leadership their assessment and analysis of their learnings. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
