Summer Analyst Intern

Conduct executive, company, and industry research and analysis Support active client engagements and business development initiatives Develop presentations, reports, and other thought leadership materials Network and interact with colleagues across practices, industries, and functions, including firm leaders and partners Complete an individual project and a collaborative team project Present project work and key learnings to office leadership and colleagues Work alongside leadership advisors and industry experts on leadership decisions Gain exposure to executive search, leadership assessment, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, board work, and corporate governance

Requirements Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and entering the final year of study (Spring 2028 graduates or Fall/Winter 2027 graduates) Must have strong academic performance (minimum 3.3 GPA); all majors welcome Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and engagement through internships, work experience, community service, athletics, research, or student organizations Strong research, analytical, and synthesis skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-directed, resourceful, team-oriented, and proactive Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Must hold permanent U.S. work authorization (U.S. citizenship or permanent residency) Core Competencies Demonstrates strong research, analytical, and synthesis skills while effectively communicating insights through presentations and reports.
