Schedule: The KDP Summer 2027 Intern Program runs from June 7th - August 13th, 2027 Location: Burlington, MA Full‑time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm Hybrid As a Human Resources Intern, you will: Support a variety of Human Resources programs and initiatives across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, Talent & Culture, and

Compensation & Benefits. Assist with recruiting, pre‑boarding, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience. Coordinate communications with candidates, employees, managers, vendors, and cross‑functional business partners.

Support employee engagement, learning and development, culture‑building activities, and HR events. Prepare presentations, reports, communications, training materials, and process documentation to support HR initiatives. Maintain accurate employee and recruiting data within HR systems and assist with reporting and analysis.

Participate in HR projects and process improvement efforts that support organizational and business objectives. Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn.
