About the role:
As a Project Management intern, you will assist the project managers and project controllers on the portfolio of projects.
You will report to the Global Fuels Engineering Operations Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help organize project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Support project documentation including meeting notes, status reports, and action items
- Track progress against project milestones and update project dashboards
- Coordinate communication between team members and partners
- Help identify risks and issues and escalate them to the project manager
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions
- Maintain project files and ensure version control of important documents
- Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Support project processes following Westinghouse Project Management Requirements (WPMR)
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business, or related technical discipline
- Completed Sophomore year of college
- Familiar with the Project Management Institute (PMI®)'s Project Management Body of Knowledge, project management concepts, and project management tools
