Summer Internship Program

The wait is over! We’re thrilled for you to meet the incredible interns joining us this summer. We’re gearing up to offer them a summer full of hands-on learning and meaningful projects that will nurture their talent and open exciting career opportunities in the Sports, Outdoor Recreation, and Active Lifestyle industry.

The 2026 program will include exposure to the Sports, Outdoor Recreation and Active Lifestyle industry with opportunities to experience the operations of the Bay Club Company. It will also feature:

• Participation in our Bay Club Training & Development Program
• Opportunities to collaborate with members of our corporate team
• Hands-on operational experience within our clubs
• Exposure to multiple Bay Club locations, as well as leaders and organizations across the sports, outdoor recreation, and active lifestyle industries

Our interns are here to explore and support three key markets this summer

elIgibility requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program
• Sports or active lifestyle experience preferred (competitive or recreational sports participation, fitness enthusiast, etc.) but not required
• Currently enrolled in college, trade school, or a similar program preferred, but not required
• Must be able to participate in the full 8-week program
