Summer Internships
Our Summer Internship Program offers 10 weeks of full-time ministry experience. Participants are exposed to a variety of ministry areas and given responsibilities in a designated area of ministry based on their interests and abilities. We provide each intern with a weekly stipend and free housing throughout their internship.
Most importantly, our internships are about *development*. We provide several opportunities to ensure each of our interns develops into an effective ministry leader:
- Interns receive a personalized leadership assessment and several follow-up coaching sessions to review and apply their assessment.
- We help interns sharpen their ecclesiology—their convictions about what a healthy local church is and how it should function.
- Each intern is discipled on a weekly basis individually and as a collective intern group.
