About Us Careers Apply Now POSITION SUMMARY The Leadership Intern will be assigned a variety of banking assignments to allow the intern an overall understanding and working knowledge of the banking environment. This opportunity consists of specific job tasks, job shadowing, and learning from other locally owned businesses. Desired skills: strong communication skills, analytical, creative, familiarity with social networking sites, socially conscious, interest in community development, desktop publishing and writing experience. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED In May 2027 have finished their freshmen year at a College or University.
