Responsibilities
- As a new member of the Leasing Team, you'll assist in sourcing tenant leads and supporting leads operations.
- You'll gain practical experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making.
- The intern should be prepared to work in a fast paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in leasing matters.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management.
- Help coordinate property tours, tenant inquiries.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency in (MS: Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Word).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Currently pursuing a 4 year degree with a field of study in, Business, Real ● Estate or any related fields.
