Summer Ministry Team NLOM's Summer Ministry Team is comprised of young leaders who are at the heart of making summer camp run. Members of this team obtain skills that are transferable to multiple careers, gain a supportive community and network, and make a real difference to the youth and families they serve at camp. And, let's be honest, it's tons of fun working at camp!

Summer Ministry Team members have strengths in leadership, communication, hospitality, and teamwork. Being a member of our summer staff is not easy; it's a lot of hard work. But, it is one of the most worthwhile summer jobs out there, and the rewards are lasting.
