About the role
Serving at camp will give you an opportunity to take part in life-changing experiences and make space for campers and guests to encounter God. Our vision is to create a can’t miss experience for everyone that comes on our property to meet God in a new way, and leave more equipped.
You must be at least 18 years or older to apply for a paid position. Please take the next 15-20 minutes to complete the application.
Find purpose, leadership, and fulfillment all while getting paid! Positions are available for people 18 years or older. Our mandatory training begins May 25th and the contracted work period ends August 8th. Priority will be given to applicants with full summer availability. Guest Services Assistant
The Guest Services Assistant (GSA) will work under the Conference Director and/or Guest Services Managers (one of two sites). This includes hosting and meeting the needs of the current Conference groups on the grounds and coming alongside Lake Geneva Ministry's Program team when available.
Head Life Guard
The Head Lifeguard will work under the Waterfront Manager to manage and direct the waterfront, including 6-8 lifeguards. He or She will be responsible to ensure a safe environment by managing the physical operation of the waterfront facilities and equipment, as well as the continued ability of the lifeguards to provide rescues on open water.
Program Administrative Assistants
Work alongside the program team with administrative duties to ensure a smooth week of camp for parents, campers, volunteers, and staff.
- Assist with late arrivals and early pick-ups at camp, greeting them and getting them to where they need to be.
- Collect camper mail and then distribute it in an organized fashion.
- Assist the Staffing Coordinator with day-to-day responsibilities.
