We believe working at camp is one of the most rewarding jobs you can have, both for yourself and for the campers you interact with. You have the chance to show the love of Jesus to students on a daily basis, from encouraging them on the ropes course to sharing the gospel with them for the first time. You will make life-long friends who will invest in you throughout the summer and beyond.
Every summer children and teenagers come to Mt. Lebanon to have fun and hear the gospel. They sign up with their churches, who provide the adults that stay in the cabin with the campers. We believe in this model of camping because it allows the campers to build relationships with people that will be able to keep discipling them once camp is over. As a summer staffer, you create an environment where campers grow in faith, friends, and fun!
STAFF (College/HS GRAD)
Mt. Lebanon Summer Staff is comprised of young adults ages 18-24 who serve over ten thousand campers and guests during our summer season. Areas of service include:
- Recreation—lifeguarding, ropes, games
- Foodservice
- Media and tech

Where do Summer Staff live?
Summer staff live on campgrounds for the duration of the summer camp season
What about pay?
Summer Staff are paid a weekly rate. Housing and meals are also provided.
What about time off?
Scheduled time off may be allowed for a family vacation or important event. However, your presence at camp is critical to the ministry here and to your teammates, so please prioritize your summer staff commitment and minimize time away.
