Title: Supply Chain Analyst – Part-Time/Intern Department: Supply Chain Immediate Supervisor: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Status: Non-exempt Position Purpose: Imbed with various teams across the extended Supply Chain, driving key business functions and process improvements to further company objectives. Accountabilities The Supply Chain Analyst will gain exposure to a variety of teams, completing day-to-day tasks and working on long-term, cross-functional projects – opportunities could include, but not be limited to: Demand Planning Participate in demand reviews (provide data/trend analysis) Monitor forecast system alerts Assist with reporting for S&OP and various cross-functional projects Supply Planning Manage transfer order signals for intercompany goods movement Perform root-cause analysis relating to on-time service, excess inventory, etc. Improve warehouse mapping process for customer-warehouse relationship Procurement Support for supplier meetings (preparing data for purchase history, volumes, spend, competitive info., etc.) Develop tracking and documentation for compliance with supplier onboarding Distribution channel mapping (raw materials, suppliers, countries of origin, areas of leverage) Logistics Support company transportation needs (process, escalation, cost savings opportunities) Drive cost analysis for new acquisition sites Develop updated process documentation E-Fulfillment Global replenishment – manage intercompany signals to supply E-Fulfill customers Logistics support for E-Fulfill peak season Manage product transitions (demand forecasting, supply planning) Essential Skills and
Experience Active pursuit of Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, Finance or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, R) Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must possess a strong “customer service” attitude.
