Job Description: Synergy Field Services is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers and internal personnel on computer hardware, software, networking, and network infrastructure.

Provide training and assistance to customers and internal personnel on network hardware, software, and software applications. Troubleshoot network issues and resolve them in accordance with Mesquite, TX policy. Troubleshoot hardware issues and resolve them in accordance with Mesquite, TX policy.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on the network infrastructure. Attend field service calls when necessary. Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety guidelines.

Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Associates degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in network infrastructure troubleshooting and repair. 3+ years of experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair. Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English.

Ability to interpret technical documents such as standard operating procedures, operating procedures for equipment maintenance and maintenance instructions issued by management or other external customers such as vendors or carriers.
