Gremmer & Associates, Inc. is currently seeking an entry-level civil engineer to join our design team in either our Fond du Lac, WI or Stevens Point, WI offices. The ideal candidate is a smart, driven engineer with an interest in transportation projects, who is looking for new learning experiences and opportunities for expedited career growth. The position involves design on a wide variety of transportation projects.
Responsibilities
- Design of rural and urban transportation projects
- Design of municipal infrastructure projects
- Assist with storm water analysis
- Preparation of design reports and permits
- Preparation of plans, specifications and bidding documents
- Assist project manager and project engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Civil Engineering
- 0 to 4 years of relevant engineering experience
- Wisconsin Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within one year
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Familiarity with Wisconsin Department of Transportation design process
