Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• California nursing license
• 0 years of experience required, or equivalent credentials

Preferred Qualifications

• Emergency Department certification
• Prior ER nursing experience preferred

Additional Information

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. Parking is available in visitor spaces around the JFK Medical Arts building; a Parking Permit will be issued during onboarding.
