Job Summary
This position is for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) located in Indio, California. The role involves providing direct clinical care to obstetric patients on a day shift basis at an established healthcare facility. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and supervising patient care, ensuring high standards of safety, competency, and resource management.
Schedule
Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent labor and delivery nursing experience
- Educational background as a registered nurse (RN)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM)
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Parking
Parking is available in visitor spaces around the JFK Medical Arts building, and a parking permit will be issued during onboarding.
Role Responsibilities

Pay Package
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
