Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas state license
- At least 1 year of clinical experience including telemetry monitoring, cardiac care, and medication administration
- Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical-surgical or cardiovascular unit
- Additional certifications such as TNCC and ENPC are a plus
Float
Float rotation may be required between units; flexibility is preferred

The position involves managing cardiac drips, interpreting arterial blood gases, and handling various cardiac and neurological conditions. The unit supports interdisciplinary teams including radiology, pharmacy, and respiratory services. Candidates should be prepared to work the designated night shifts and adhere to the schedule and holiday commitments.
