About the job
We hire teens to work with mentors to inspire solutions that meet our clients' needs.
RECRUITMENT TIMELINE THROUGH END OF 2026:
Due to winter holidays, we will pause hiring through December 2026.
We will draw from the interview pool for the January 2027 Foundation Studio cohort and resume teen interviews when we return in January 2027. You may apply at any time and the Recruitment Team will consider your application when we return in the new year.
Due to a high volume of applications, Artists For Humanity cannot interview every applicant during each monthly recruitment cycle. Each applicant will receive two email notifications with instructions on how to sign up for an interview.
Once you have received two invitations to interview, you must re-apply to be contacted again by our Recruitment Team. The Recruitment Team tracks repeated applications, as they show continued interest in our teen jobs.
Thank you for your interest and understanding!
Teens work in a variety of fine art and visual design mediums in a mentored studio setting. They work collaboratively with professional artists and designers, earning pay and learning new skills—all while providing creative services for prominent AFH clients.
Artistic experience isn’t necessary, but a passion for creativity and learning—and earning—on the job is!
