Position: Winter 2027 Co-op - Process Engineering Winter 2027 Co-op - Process Engineering As a Winter 2027 Process Engineering Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), gain hands-on experience with the coffee production process by working closely with a multidisciplinary team to understand manufacturing challenges and contribute to process optimization initiatives. In addition, gain valuable insight into the day-to-day responsibilities, collaboration, and professional development of a career in engineering. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

Shift/ Schedule: The KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 4th – May 21st, 2027. Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina. Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm Onsite.

As a Winter 2027 Process Engineering Co-op you will: Support process engineering projects from concept through implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges. Assist with equipment validation, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement Elements of the KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program include: Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment Receive mentor support for your professional development Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business Total Rewards: $31/hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 sign on bonus pay, paid within first 30 days of employment Requirements: Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or another related field. Willingness to spend a significant amount of time on the production floor and work in a manufacturing setting. Interest in technical and operational aspects of food and beverage production.

Excitement to work with innovative technologies and equipment beyond traditional K-Cup manufacturing processes. Interest in problem solving and independent work.
