Job Description Seasonal Highway Technician 1/CDL Driver ODOT District 4 is now accepting applications for Highway Technician 1 Seasonal Employees in Ashtabula, Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit & Trumbull Counties. This position will be a temporary unclassified appointment with a maximum of 1000 hours. (May be expected to work up to 40 hours per week based on operational need.)

What You Will Do You will serve the public and work to make the roads in Ohio safer. You will perform highway maintenance activities; including flagging, pothole patching, repairing guardrails, litter pickup, mowing. You will perform snow & ice operations.
