Salary Statement:

The salary for this position traditionally starts at $23.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience.

A Day in the Life:

A Worksite‑Safety Camera Enforcement Attorney’s day centers on:

• Reviewing citation evidence
• Conducting quick appeal hearings
• Managing discovery
• Mornings involve checking speed‑camera records and preparing case files
• Mid‑day is spent presenting evidence and addressing challenges about signage, camera accuracy, or procedure.
• Afternoons focus on responding to discovery requests, coordinating with the enforcement team for logs and documentation, and updating cases.
• The day ends with reviewing upcoming hearings and recurring legal issues.

Benefits of Employment with the State of Indiana:

This seasonal position does not offer benefits and is limited to 180 working days in an eleven (11) month continuous period.
