Youth Programing Intern

The Youth Programming intern will help plan and execute activities for the Club’s youth Holiday events, kids night in program, kidsfit program, or the aquatics program. Candidate will work with the Children’s Programming department to gain hands on experience in the planning of a project from start to finish alongside other members of our team

We want to provide a career path for our front-line service staff. Our wage band program provides an opportunity for our front line staff to increase in respect and authority and increase their pay range from $17-$21/hour.

Customer service credits are a reward system for those employees who do an outstanding job serving our members and guests. Employees are rewarded for continuing their education, for giving excellent service, and for training others in excellent customer service. We offer a variety of free training courses such as customer Service Training, Management training, CPR/AED Training, Servsafe Training and more. Trainings are on-site, free, on the clock and food is often provided.
