About the role:
As an HR Operations Intern you will support the HR Operations team in multiple administrative tasks and projects. Aan excellent opportunity will be provided to gain practical experience in a professional HR environment, develop essential skills, and contribute to the team's overall success.
You will report to the HR Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with US HR Operations team to evaluate and update desktop procedures
- Research HR best practices and contribute to the development of these guidelines
- Help with employee inquiries by researching policies and providing information to employees and managers
- Provide administrative support to HR team members to support investigations
- Prepare reports and presentations
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline·
- Complete Sophomore year of college
- Prior internship or work experience in HR
