Role
Under the Bakery Manager's supervision, a Baker prepares and bakes high volume bakery products using standardized recipes and performs other related preparation and sanitation duties as required.
Requirements
- Must be able to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting.
- Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to: preparation, handling and serving food.
Working Environment
The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, and essential functions of this job include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements.
