Brand Partnerships Internship

General Description: This position is a flexible and creative role, assisting the Director of Brand Partnerships and Business Development and Marketing department with a primary focus on Brand Partnerships:

• Support the Director of Brand Partnerships and Business Development by facilitating outreach to potential partners, researching brands, coordinating calls, documenting partnership meeting minutes, and maintaining a comprehensive database of current and prospective partners, main contacts, and status of outreach.
• Contribute to the crafting of proposals and delivering of post-event/project evaluations for partnerships.
• Assist in conducting market research and networking activities to identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities aligned with ABT's objectives.
• Support the development and tracking of impactful integrated marketing campaigns and partnership relationship efforts.
• Aid in creating relationships with partner contacts ensuring meaningful engagement.
• Assist in fostering cross-functional collaboration with marketing, advancement, events, education, finance, production, and company management teams.
• Support and attend partnership meetings, live performances, and events when necessary.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated by supervisor to support the smooth functioning of departmental operations.

Position Qualifications:

Must have excellent writing and communication skills. Must be attentive to detail, have ability to meet strict deadlines, and be a self-starter. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of dance and performing arts preferred. Hybrid work environment. Weekly in-person availability required.
