Job Description

Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to learn the MAGA Majority Force Program.
  • Assist the Regional Field Director with achieving assigned field goals.
  • Support volunteer recruitment and engagement efforts.
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and other voter contact activities.
  • Support MAGA Majority Force member recruitment and confirmation.
  • Assist with one-on-one volunteer meetings.
  • Enter activity and volunteer metrics into the Campaign Sidekick CRM.
  • Attend volunteer training, campaign events, and stakeholder meetings as assigned.
  • Maintain frequent communication with the Regional Field Director regarding assigned projects and progress.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize assignments, problem solve, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as campaign activities require.

  • PA Congressional District 7 (Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, and Northampton)
  • PA Congressional District 8 (Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, and Wayne)
  • PA Congressional District 10 (Cumberland, Dauphin, and York)
