School Year & Multi-season Positions Ice Skating Instructor (Excellent skating ability required, mid-October thru mid-April, must be 16+) Winter Ice Skating Instructor (Excellent skating ability required, mid-October thru mid-April, must be 16+) Join our team! The Youth Bureau is committed to an equitable work environment where everyone can thrive. We serve over 7,500 youth ages 0-20 annually and rely on part-time and seasonal staff to help our programs provide participants with fun, safe experiences that help them be active, make friends, expand their horizons, develop empathy and a sense of belonging, build skills and gain confidence.
We are seeking staff who are passionate and enthusiastic about working with children and families. Our programs have a variety of seasonal employment opportunities available throughout the year. *All Ithaca Youth Bureau seasonal positions working with youth require a background check, references, and a hiring process which will include an interview.
Interviews and hiring for the school year are typically conducted in late summer or early fall. Interviews and hiring for winter are typically conducted between mid-September & early October.
