Role
ABA Journey seeks a Behavior Therapist (BT) Trainee to gain hands-on clinical experience with children on the autism spectrum. You will complete a 40-hour competency training and start with a guaranteed pay increase after passing the national board exam. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping build communication, social, and daily living skills while under BCBA supervision, in a hands-on, play-based environment.
