About the Role
ABA Journey in Georgia is seeking a Behavior Therapist (BT) Trainee to gain hands-on clinical experience while working toward certification. You will start by completing your competency training and will receive a guaranteed pay increase after passing your national board exam. You will work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
