About the Role
ABA Journey in the United States is seeking a Behavior Therapist (BT) Trainee to gain hands-on clinical experience while pursuing certification. You will start by completing your competency training and will receive a guaranteed pay increase after passing your national board exam. In this role you will work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills under direct supervision of a BCBA.
