Intern: Finance and Business Control (Spring 2027)

Position Description

This part-time internship supports the Construction Equipment North American Sales Hub through a range of finance and business control activities. The intern will support core financial operations, reporting, analysis, and performance monitoring. This role will also contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business process controls, along with other duties as assigned.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• In this role, the successful candidate will take part in:
• Accounts Payable Processing
• Intercompany Accounts Payable Aging Analysis
• Inventory Month End Reporting
• Bank Account Reconciliation
• Key Performance Indicator Tracking
• Other Duties as Assigned

• Understanding of the 3-Way matching principle for Accounts Payable
• Ability to work independently or with little supervision
• Strong team player who collaborates effectively and consistently meets deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills

Essential Knowledge and Experience:

• Applicants must be currently enrolled and pursuing a B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours prior to starting of the internship
• Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75
• Spring interns may work up to 30 hours per week
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications
